You ask,
we answer.
The things people want to know before booking. If something's missing, just ask directly.
Who will I actually work with?
Directly with Himanshu and Arpita, from discovery through launch. No account managers, no handoffs to someone you've never spoken to. The people you meet in the first call are the people who build your product.
Why is your team just two people?
Because most of what bloats an agency project is overhead. Account managers, status meetings, layers between the person who scopes the work and the person who builds it. A tight two-person team means every hour you pay for goes into the work. You talk to the builder directly. That changes the quality of decisions.
Do you work with non-technical teams?
Yes, and most of our clients are non-technical. You don't need to understand how it's built. You need to understand what it does. We make sure you can own and operate the software after launch, and we stay available if something comes up.
Do you work with startups only, or also with larger companies?
Both. Our work ranges from early-stage founders shipping their first product to ops teams inside 200-person companies replacing broken internal processes. The common thread is a specific problem that software needs to solve.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects run 6 to 10 weeks from kickoff to handoff. Roughly one week of discovery, 4 to 6 weeks of development sprints, and a final week for testing, feedback, and training. We scope before we start, so you know what to expect before any work begins.
What do you need from us before starting?
A signed Master Services Agreement, a 50% deposit, and a kickoff call with the people who understand the problem and have authority to make decisions. Projects stall when decision-makers aren't in the room. We ask for them upfront.
What happens if we don't like the product?
Every project is built in sprints with reviews at each stage. You see working software early, not a finished product delivered at the end. If something isn't right, we catch it while it's still easy to fix. That's the point of building incrementally.
Can you take over a project another developer started?
Yes. We assess what's there, tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what isn't, and move it forward without rebuilding everything from scratch. We've done this enough to know quickly whether a project is salvageable or better started fresh.
Heard enough?
30 minutes. No pitch. Just a clear sense of whether it fits.
How does pricing work?
Project-based, scoped and quoted upfront. You know the number before we start. No hourly billing, no invoice surprises mid-sprint. For clients who want ongoing support, feature work, or maintenance after launch, we offer monthly retainers.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. 50% before work starts, 50% on delivery. It's standard for project-based work, and it keeps both sides committed to seeing it through.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign yours or use ours. We treat everything you share as confidential whether there's a formal NDA or not. Client information doesn't leave the team.
Do you require exclusivity?
No. We work with multiple clients at a time and don't ask for exclusivity. You keep full ownership and rights to everything we build.
What tools and platforms do you build with?
We recommend the right stack after we understand your constraints, not before. That typically means tools like WeWeb, Bubble, Retool, Xano, or Supabase. The choice depends on what you're building, what you already have, and what your team will be able to maintain.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Most of our projects involve connecting to something that already exists. A CRM, a database, an existing product. We scope integrations explicitly so you know exactly what's included before we start.
Do you have designers?
We work with a solid component library and handle most UI work ourselves. If your project needs custom brand work or bespoke illustration, we collaborate with external designers. Most clients don't need that. They need clean, functional software that works. That's what we focus on.
Can I speak to your clients before hiring you?
Yes. We're happy to provide direct references on request. We also have verified reviews on G2 (4.8/5) if you'd prefer to read unprompted feedback. Either way, we'd rather you hear from clients directly than take our word for it.
Don't see your question? Ask us directly β
Still deciding?
30 minutes to see
if it makes sense.
No pitch. No commitment. Just a clear picture of whether we're the right fit for what you're building.

We'll cover
Sometimes that leads to working together.
Sometimes it doesn't.
Either way, the aim is clarity.
